Not on the list

Scope and price questions get answered before anyone commits to anything. The site visit and the estimate are both free.

Request a free estimate
01Do you offer free estimates in San Diego?

Yes. Call or send the form, we schedule a site visit, and you receive an itemized estimate for your project. No charge, no obligation.

02Can one team handle my whole project?

Yes. As a full-service general contractor we coordinate every trade in-house, so you have a single point of contact from estimate to final inspection.

03Are you licensed and insured?

Construction Crafters is a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #1106596, fully insured for residential and commercial work. You can verify the license on the California State License Board website.

04ADU, addition, or remodel: how do I choose?

Start with the goal. Rental income points to an ADU, more space for your household to an addition, and a dated home to a remodel. We often price two options side by side so you compare real numbers instead of guessing.

05Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Usually yes, outside the active work zone. We seal off the area, control dust, protect floors and walkways, and clean the site daily so the disruption stays contained.

06Can my new roof be made solar-ready?

Yes. When we replace a roof we can prepare it for solar so a future install is straightforward, and we build to code with reliable materials that protect your investment.
