Who we are

This website belongs to Construction Crafters Inc., a California general contractor (CSLB #1106596) serving the San Diego area. For anything about your personal information, email pg@constructioncrafters.com or call (858) 257-7502.

What we collect

• Estimate request form: your first and last name, email, phone number, preferred date and message. With each request we record the time and your IP address, to protect the form from abuse.
• Spam check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. Turnstile receives your IP address and browser details.
• Calls and email: when you call or write to us, we use what you tell us to answer you and to prepare your estimate.
• Technical data: our hosting provider's server records the IP address, time, page requested and browser details of each visit.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website, and no third party collects information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare an estimate and schedule a visit.
• To carry out a contract with you and keep the records the law requires.
• To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam.

Who receives it

• Hostinger, our hosting provider: the website and a copy of each estimate request are stored on its server in France.
• Our website maintenance provider: has technical access to maintain the site and sends each request to our mailbox through its email server in Germany, which keeps a short technical log (addresses and time, not the message).
• Google Workspace: our business email, where the requests arrive.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile): the spam check on the form.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell or share your personal information, as "sell" and "share" are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

• Estimate requests: the copy on our web server is deleted automatically 12 months after we receive it. The email stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it for your project.
• Contracts, invoices and project records: as long as the law requires.
• Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited time under its own rules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. California residents can also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing: we do not. Send your request to pg@constructioncrafters.com or call (858) 257-7502; we may ask you to confirm your identity before we answer.

Do Not Track

Your browser may send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not track visitors over time or across websites, so every visitor is treated the same way, with or without the signal.

Cookies

Measured on October 26, 2026 in a browser with no earlier data: this website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider's network (CDN) sets one session cookie, hcdn, to protect the site from malicious traffic; it is deleted when you close the browser. The Turnstile spam check loads from Cloudflare on pages with the estimate form.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only people who need it for their work can see your request, through password protected accounts. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

When the way this website handles personal information changes, we update this page and its effective date. Effective date: October 26, 2026.
