Photographs from jobs we worked on, from the first day of demolition to the finished room. Real photos only, no stock.

Charred stairs and framing came out; the house was reframed, re-roofed, waterproofed and finished with new stairs, a tiled shower and new floors.

The interior was gutted to the framing, then sheathed, stuccoed and finished with new drywall and a fireplace surround.

Showers opened to bare framing, then backer board, waterproofing, large marble-look tile, a mosaic floor, a bench and a niche.

The old kitchen came out down to the wall services; new gray shaker cabinets and counters went in.

A failed block wall replaced by a reinforced one, a stacked-stone water feature and new steps.

The old floor came up to the bare slab; plastic sheeting went down first, then rigid vinyl plank, then fresh paint.
Finished photography only tells half the story. The before and after page puts the day the work started beside the day it was done.
